Meet Sarah.

Born in Edmonton and raised in Nanaimo, I have called Vancouver Island home for over 30 years and have embraced the outdoor lifestyle that comes with it. My early years were filled with sports, including track and field, soccer, volleyball, rugby, and lacrosse, which sparked my interest in movement, injury prevention, and the incredible way the human body adapts and heals.

I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014 and have been passionate about helping people better understand and care for their bodies ever since. With a strong interest in anatomy, movement, and ongoing education, I continually expand my knowledge to provide thoughtful, effective treatments tailored to each individual’s needs.

I have experience treating a wide range of conditions, including muscle tension, repetitive strain injuries, scar tissue restrictions, headaches, postural concerns, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. I incorporate techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and active stretching to create treatments that support each client’s goals.

Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy weight training and learning more about the human body. I love spending time outdoors exploring the river, ocean, and hiking trails, and I have a deep appreciation for animals, plants, and the natural world. When I’m not outside, you can often find me enjoying a good movie (Tom Hanks remains the undisputed GOAT), spending time with loved ones, or discovering something new to learn.

I believe that understanding your body is an important part of the healing process and I’m committed to providing care that is both personalized and evidence-informed.
